Recovery and injury
Healing in rats and mice does not reliably predict how human tendons and muscles heal. An unexplained injury should be checked by a doctor first.
First, legal options with stronger studies
- A doctor checking the injury, with scans when needed.
- Physiotherapy with gradually more load.
- Sleep, enough food and a gradual return to training.
What studies found for specific substances
Sorted alphabetically. Order does not imply a recommendation.
- DBPC-157
Only uncontrolled reports in people, rated very unreliable. Mostly studies in rats and mice.
- CGHK-Cu
A study of 13 people after a laser skin treatment found no clear improvement in measurements. It tested use on the skin, not injections.
- DPeptide blends
In one study of tendons in rats, BPC-157 with TB-500 added nothing over either alone. There is no study of a mix in people.
- DTB-500
In one study of tendons in rats, TB-500 improved early healing. There is no study of this fragment in people.
